You might have heard the old adage that “Slow and steady wins the race”? This is sage advice and needs to be embraced in the things we do. Patience to do the right thing even if no one is doing it. Persistence to run the race to the very last stride. We live in an instant society that wants things to happen at the speed of thought.Things done quickly that will not last are called fads. Model the change you want to see, your words do not have the impact you believe they will. Change will come in due time. Do your actions demonstrate the change you want to see? Only time will tell.
